In honor of Kevin Feeback’s big move to Columbus this weekend every class will do a version of the ‘Feebs’ – the 5:30 class will be the ONLY class that will do the full on Feebs based on timing and equipment. Both versions will allow you one barbell for the power clean and the deadlift. We will also step down on both versions of the box jumps.
