10 Wall Walks

Team WOD: Partner AngieĀ 
100 Pullups – hold deadlift (men-185/women- 135)
100 Pushups – hold ohs (men-135/women-95)
100 Situps – hold plank
100 Squats – hold wall sit

While one partner works – the other holds movement stated. The 4 person team will work in two teams of two to push each other.
