CrossFit WODs (Workout of the Day) are the core of what we do. You will perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are coach-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

Each class follows the same general structure:

  • warm-up
  • skill work/mobility/or lift
  • workout of the day
  • finisher/core

Each day your workout is different creating a variety that keeps things interesting, exciting while allowing you to make continuous progress.
