Our Foundations Class is offered at the beginning of every month, for 6 sessions. Courses run at 7:30pm on weekday nights.
During these classes you’ll receive a lecture on our practices, as well as, a lab session where we introduce you to the most common movements. The purpose of these classes is to have a slower pace so that we can focus on your technique & make sure you understand how to perform movements safely. The best part is that you are surrounded by new members just like yourself, which creates a comfortable environment.
