No two CrossFit gyms are created equal. The best way to figure out where you fit is to get involved and try a class first hand. This is your opportunity to meet our coaches and members of our community, participate in your first CrossFit workout and for us to answer any questions you may have. Each class lasts about an hour and includes coach-led warm up, detailed instruction on properly performing the movements and typically, a partner or team CrossFit workout based on those movements.
Free Trial Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. We have scaled trial workouts to accommodate while still being challenging for all fitness levels. We know trying a new workout class or gym can be intimidating, so we have built these to encourage anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience. We are “REAL people, doing REAL work.”
Trial classes are available to you based on your schedule. Many of our members manage work, kids, social clubs and much more, please check out our schedule page to find a class that fits your hectic lifestyle. We highly recommend you contact us via a form below to confirm your spot, but walk-ins are always welcome. Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out required paperwork.
