Coca CrossFit’s goal is t to make your transition as smooth as possible. To accomplish this, we have created the process outlined below to get you started.
1. Take a Free Trial Class
A Free Trial Class is the first step in deciding whether Coca CrossFit is right for you. This is your chance to meet our coaches and members of our community, participate in your first CrossFit workout and for us to answer any questions you may have. Read more about our Free Trial Classes here.
2. Sign Up
Join Coca CrossFit! You can read more about our Membership options here or contact us using the form below to become a member of our community. Our coaching staff will reach out to you to get you set up and confirm next steps.
You will begin your membership at Coca CrossFit by completing the five-session Foundations Program, which teaches the basics of CrossFit in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
This program is offered as a one-on-one or small group schedule. We will work around your schedule to assure it fits your lifestyle. The foundations course typically will be scheduled 3 classes the first week and 2 the second week. The cost of the Foundations Program is included in your first monthly membership payment.
Foundations Program provides an even balance of lecture and hands-on experience where we have an opportunity to teach you the basic/foundational movements in a small group setting. This allows our coaches to see how you move and, if needed, make appropriate modifications based on any physical limitations you may have.
We require every new member without previous CrossFit experience to complete Foundations prior to attending any open sessions in order to accomplish the following:
- Set expectations between athlete and the coach
- Ensure safety by teaching proper techniques of the basic CrossFit movements
- Ease the transitions into regular class

4. Let the fun begin!
Once you have completed our Foundations Program, you will be able to attend any class. See our schedule for available class times. Classes begin with a coach-led warm up, followed by specific skill or strength work and then the WOD (Workout Of the Day). The goal of the class is to be in and out within an hour.
