Our Youth Athlete Development program is designed for athletes and non-athletes like.

The goal is to provide functional well rounded strength and conditioning base.

Certified coaches will lead your teen through appropriately scaled workouts starting with a pvc pipe and working up from there.

(pre)Teens will learn the foundational movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, olympic lifting, kettlebell sport and strongman.

We have created a safe space that is judgment free where teens will be able to build self-confidence and mental strength while building their physical strength.

This class is for ages 11-17 and is on Monday/Wednesday/Friday 3:30-4:30
