CrossFit WODs (Workout of the Day) are the core of what we do. You will perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are coach-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.
Each class follows the same general structure: led by an experienced coach, we begin with a full-body warm-up and then work on a physical skill or barbell lift designated for the day. Following is a high-intensity Workout of the Day (WOD), performed for time or for reps. These workouts can always be scaled so newer athletes can train alongside veteran athletes. Through the entire session, our coaches will assess your form and give you guidance to ensure proper execution of the movements and your safety.
Each day your workout is different creating a variety that keeps things interesting, exciting while allowing you to make continuous progress. When you come to Coca CrossFit our coaches are available for individual consultations and will guide you to your personal goals and programming needs.
