CrossFit has been scientifically proven to be a superior methodology for developing functional strength, balance, agility, and stamina relative to traditional strength and conditioning methodologies. Coca’s Team and Sport Training Program integrates CrossFit workouts with sport-specific programming and skill-work, which will enhance individual athlete’s overall athletic performance while also building team camaraderie.
Coca’s coaches have competed at the highest level in various sports and have a true understanding of what it takes to contend with the best both nationally and internationally. We will evaluate your individual and/or team specific needs then design and implement a program to help you take your athletic career to the next.
