The athletes at Coca CrossFit work hard and have fun to accomplish their health goals. For some of our athletes they want to lose weight, some want to build strength and some may be training for a competition. All that hard work is much easier to do when we're having and although it's the movements, the lifts, the programming and the weights that help us hit our health objectives, it's the community that keeps us coming back!
This month our focus is on an athlete that has been coming to Coca CrossFit for over three years, has enjoyed being a member alongside his wife and now enjoys bringing his young daughter who keeps herself happy in one of our kid-friendly areas while George gets his crossfit on. George first got started with crossfit when he was winded walking up stairs, realized he weighed too much to keep up with the lifestyle he wanted.

I love my peeps (1.1 miles from my house is a nice perk)
