One of the scariest things to do is walk through the CrossFit gym doors on the first day. The amount of intimidation felt by most of our first timers is palatable. Our goal in creating the Couch to CrossFit program is to take the fear and intimidation away.
During this one hour class you will be exposed to the CrossFit methodology in a very approachable way and one that is attainable at any fitness level or physical limitation. The one major difference? NO BARBELLS!
We will get you a total body workout in an hour utilizing your own body weight, dumbells, kettlebells, medballs and much more.
