CrossFit WODs (Workout of the Day) are the core of what we do. You will perform functional movements at high intensity, giving you a comprehensive full-body workout in under an hour. Classes are coach-led and peer-driven, providing an excellent mixture of individual coaching and group motivation.

Each CrossFit class follows the same general structure:

  • warm-up
  • skill work/mobility/or lift
  • workout of the day
  • finisher/core

Each day your workout is different creating a variety that keeps things interesting, exciting while allowing you to make continuous progress.

  • Is it kid friendly, dog friendly, or generally friendly? Each gym has it’s own vibe and general practices about kids and dogs. Stopping in to check out the vibe will make sure you pick the right gym.
  • Do you need a coach that understands injury? Many athletes are recovering from injuries, surgery, recent childbirth, or have other physical limitations.  If that’s your case, finding a gym with coaches that are experienced in scaling the workouts to challenge you within those limitations will be important to your success.
