Youth Athlete Development
Our Youth Athlete Development program is designed for athletes and non-athletes like. The goal is to provide functional well rounded strength and conditioning base. Certified coaches will lead your teen through appropriately scaled workouts starting with a pvc pipe and working up from there. (pre)Teens will learn the foundational movements from gymnastics, powerlifting, olympic lifting, kettlebell sport and strongman.
Grunt Work Sunday
A 60min class that involves long sled pulls, carries, rucks and odd object work. Down and dirty grunt work where you can test your mental toughness to just keep going.
Train with the Trainer
60min Open Gym slots where you can make up missed workouts or create your own.
