The sheer amount of gyms that I see selling 6 week or 8 week challenges that promise HUGE results and magical changes is insane.
There’s no magical program or diet that is going to do the hard work for you. Yes….a 6 or 8 week challenge that gets you into a gym (any gym) is better than sitting on the couch.
I just want you to go in eyes wide open that the more magical it sounds, the more likely it is you’re setting yourself up for a failure. Not because you’re a failure, but because the story you told yourself about all the changes that were going to happen in 6-8 weeks is often unrealistic.
At Coca we don’t sell gimmicks or BS…….
The fitness journey is hard……. you’ll be sore…… you’ll have to sacrifice foods/drinks/time on the couch etc. But what I can sell you is that if you are consistent, and put in effort everyday over a LOOOONG period of time you are setting yourself up for sustainable long lasting change.
