Coach Kate has 13 years of coaching experience. Having had 3 pregnancies (2 of them angel babies), she understands just how important the prenatal & postpartum periods are to every woman.
Combining training from CrossFit, BirthFit and RPR, coach Kate has the knowledge necessary to assist you through the conception/ pregnancy and postpartum phases both in and out of the gym.
Prenatal Fitness designed for moms that are trying to conceive or are currently pregnant and preparing for labor.
Postpartum Fitness class designed for moms that are 6+ weeks postpartum or more as postpartum is forever.
Duration: 4 weeks – 2x a week – 60min class
